The Chartres Shield is one of those pendants that can be worn by both men and women as well as younger people. If you are a problem solver it is the perfect piece of jewelry. There is a ring, earrings ad a cuff that have the same design. Obviously I like puzzles.
The pendant and bail are 1.5 inches.
The pendant is curved so that it reflects beautifully. Easily cared for using a polishing cloth.
At 1.5 inches by .75 inches the pendant is just the right size to wear every day.
These items are designed from sketches and completed in computer design. They are lost wax cast in Albuquerque of solid bronze or silver.

The pendant has an exquisite curved shape, drawing light to the raised lines of the pattern, which extends up onto the bail. It's light and small but has presence, and comes with its own extendable, substantial neck cord, finished with two wooden beads. The designer e-mailed me answering some questions I had, and sent photos. I didn't have to wait long for it, and I was so happy when it arrived. I'll keep checking this site for fine designs in the future.
