The Open Heart Pendant is a generous size with a generous bail that allows the pendant to move as it is worn. The pattern is finished on both sides of the pendant. On half of the pendant is a spiral shaped in a heart shape speaking of the internal part of love the other side is a ladder that describes the heighth that love can take you. The design is defined by everyone who owns and wears it.
The bail is large enough for a 5mm cord and normally comes with one which can be replaced with a necklace of your choice.
